Overview
House Qaigen specializes in the acquisition, transport and distribution of the rare, the strange and unusual. Rare plants, exotic animals, religious relics, art objects and more are their primary interests. They are also one of the few guilds to consistently conduct trade with the other two continents. Qaigen's small fleet of ships routinely risk the long and dangerous journey to trade with cultures far beyond Ithria. Each of House Qaigen's twelve ships is manned by a a dozen hardened warriors, a healer and a sea mage to help deal with the dangers of such voyages. House Qaigen is also the only house to regularly obtain rare items of technology from Kalimura.
House Qaigen is an unusual guild in that it is run by noble woman with no husband. Lord Quaigen died some years ago. The headstrong and confident Lady Qaigen has successfully steered her guild through stormy political weather, attempted hostile takeovers and worse. Despite all this, House Qaigen has not only survived, but thrived.
It's house colors are gold, green and blue. These colors reflects the golden sun, green island and blue sea/sky of their standard.
